About Thrive Upwards Solutions
I help families stay connected and informed when they can’t always be there in person.
When a loved one moves into assisted living, skilled nursing, or rehabilitation care, it can bring a mix of emotions—relief that they are receiving care, but also worry, guilt, and uncertainty about how they are truly doing day to day.
Many families live out of town, work demanding schedules, or simply cannot visit as often as they would like. Over time, even the most attentive families can feel disconnected from what is really happening inside a facility.
That’s where I come in.
I provide independent, non-medical facility check-in visits for residents in senior living communities, rehabilitation centers, and nursing facilities. My role is to serve as an extra set of eyes and ears for families who want reassurance and consistent updates about their loved one’s well-being.
During each visit, I check in on your loved one’s general comfort, appearance, and environment. I also communicate observations back to you in a clear, timely update so you feel informed and connected, even when you can’t be there yourself.
This service is designed for families who want peace of mind, better communication, and a trusted local presence checking in on their loved one.
Every situation is different, and every family deserves support that fits their needs. Whether your loved one is newly placed, recovering in rehab, or long-term in care, I am here to help bridge the gap between you and their day-to-day experience.
If you have questions or would like to learn more, I’m happy to talk through how the process works.
We believe every family deserves to feel confident, informed, and connected—no matter the distance.
